How it affects you

Owners of at least 10,000 tons of wheat or animal feed, 60 tons of protected palm fat, or 15 tons of substock oil must report monthly by the 10th of the following month. The duty starts four months after publication, and during a significant shortage the director can demand extra reports and information.
