How it affects you
Private employers will receive reimbursement from the National Insurance Institute equal to 20% of a worker’s daily income multiplied by reserve-duty days, for service from April 1, 2026. Temporary arrangements for returning discharged soldiers to work will apply during the second period and for 30 days afterward.
