How it affects you
Disabled veterans and victims of hostilities receiving monthly benefits will receive state help with life, health and long-term care insurance premiums, at an amount set by the minister. Membership fees, insurance payments and loan repayments may be deducted, but loan deductions are capped at half or 35% of the benefit, depending on disability level.
