From June 2, 2025, adults who are Israeli citizens or residents may register as pharmacy technicians after meeting education, language, and training requirements. Pharmacy technicians may dispense medicines only after pharmacist counseling, and repeat fixed prescriptions only within one year of the pharmacist’s dispensing.
